Chillers for industrial and process cooling
Chillers, also known as cold water units, are used wherever large amounts of heat need to be reliably removed. Whether in industrial process cooling, in production facilities or to support existing air-conditioning systems – mobile cooling units offer a flexible solution for temporary or permanent applications.
The chillers available from Clima2Rent cover a wide range of capacities – from compact units with integrated hydraulics to large industrial chillers with multiple compressors and an external hydraulic system. This enables both smaller applications and complex cooling processes to be implemented efficiently.
A chiller cools water or a water-glycol mixture and uses it to remove heat from processes or rooms. The cooled fluid is fed to the consumer via a pipe system, where it absorbs the heat before being returned to the chiller.
Typical operating values are flow and return temperatures of 7 / 12 °C. However, depending on the application, other temperature ranges can also be achieved.
